Fundamentals Graduates
Tonight we see another group of Fundamentals Graduates. Awesome work to get to the end and finally Graduate as CrossFitters. Make sure you welcome them when you see them around the Box. Another group of rockstars joining the Fibre-Family.

The Open Games for 2014 has started today.
The opener has been decided and fought out online in the US this morning at around 9-10am
The first WOD of the year 14.1 is a repeat of 2011, 11.1.
