Gymnastics is another one of our specialist classes aimed at improving your strength, balance and body awareness with the ultimate goal to be able to perform gymnastics movements well for your functional fitness sessions.
As we see a large amount of gymnastics components in our programming, this class complements your skill-gaps, which will then transfer to a more wholesome training experience once you have up-skilled yourself and built some raw foundational strength.
Gymnastics is hands-on and very intense with plenty of strict work and isometric holds.
A TYPICAL WORKOUT
ACTcon classes run for 60minutes. From the moment you arrive, you will be greeted by our Expert CrossFit Certified Coaches who are dedicated to your success and also incredibly friendly and approachable.
You will also get to know all of our FibreFam members who are all lovely and highly supportive of each other.
Warm Up 5 minutes
- Arm Circles
- Wrist Stretches
- Tension Swings
Strength/Skill 10-45 minutes
- Ring Muscle Ups 3-3-3-3
- Handstand Holds 30seconds x 4
- Toe To Bar 8-8-8-8
- Handstand Walks 10m x 5
- Strength 25 Strict Pull-Ups + 25 Dumbbell Push-Ups
Cool Down 5 minutes
- Chest Stretch
- Back Stretch
