WEIGHT LIFTING
Weight Lifting is one of our specialist classes aimed at improving your strength and technique of lifting a heavy barbell. The class is unstructured but thoroughly programmed to ensure that you will improve your lifts through the macro cycles. Our macro cycles will last between 4 to 6 weeks.
We build up strengths with percentage work.
This allows the coach to provide you with individualized coaching tips and adjustments.
A TYPICAL WORKOUT
Warm Up 5 minutes
Strength/Skill 10-45 minutes
- Power Snatch 5-5-5-5
- Clean Pull 3-3-3-3
- Split Jerk 3-3-3-3
- Front Squat 5-5-5-5
Cool Down 5 minutes
