WEIGHT LIFTING
Weight Lifting is one of our specialist classes aimed at improving your strength and technique of lifting a heavy barbell.
The class is unstructured but thoroughly programmed to ensure that you will improve your lifts through the macro cycles. Our macro cycles will last between 4 to 6 weeks.
We build up strengths with percentage work.
This allows the coach to provide you with individualized coaching tips and adjustments.
We work on all the elements and movements that will allow you to excel in the Clean and Jerk and Snatch Movements.
A TYPICAL WORKOUT
Warm Up 5 minutes
Strength/Skill 10-45 minutes
- Power Snatch 5-5-5-5
- Clean Pull 3-3-3-3
- Split Jerk 3-3-3-3
- Front Squat 5-5-5-5
Cool Down 5 minutes
